You own the content you paste into publish.site and the outputs we generate for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose any content you submit. Do not submit content that violates copyright, is illegal, or harms others.
You agree not to use publish.site to generate spam, misinformation, or content designed to deceive. You may not resell or sublicense the service. You may not attempt to circumvent plan limits or reverse-engineer the AI prompts.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
"Unlimited" plans are intended for normal use by a single creator or team and are subject to fair use. To protect service quality and prevent abuse, we may apply reasonable safeguards against automated, scripted, resale, or otherwise abnormal usage that far exceeds typical activity. Legitimate use is never affected; if a safeguard ever limits you unexpectedly, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. publish.site does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
publish.site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
